About Me

We’re a multigenerational family home.
We’re filipino and white.
3 women and 3 men.
We’re clean, considerate, and very to ourselves. The room is vacant because my brother moved out.

On workdays, morning activity stops around 7am, that's when everyone's out the door.
I'm a work from home video editor so I'm always in my room with my headphones on.
And one of us is a sweet elderly lady who never leaves her room.

We're very to ourselves, the only people we have over is family visiting during holidays.
We'll have a strict guest policy, with this being our family home.
The only parking we have available is on the street as the driveway and garage are taken up.
We have no pets and while we love animals we're not looking to bring animals into the house.
We won't allow smoking inside the house, only in the backyard.

There will be a $500 security deposit with a $600 rent.
