I don’t have a strong preference on gender (and LGBTQ+ friendly) just looking for someone who can create a calm respectful living space together with me :) I have two cats, Eevee 2 and Seven 4 months, unfortunately no other pets can join us. I work for a bank in office 3 days and at home 2 days, roughly 8-5pm.

Master bedroom, walk in closet and ensuite bath.
Apartment has living room/common space fully furnished. In unit laundry, heat/ac, on site gym, package lockers, heated pool. I have 2 cats, 2 1/2 yo and 4 months, no more pets please.
Base rent for master bedroom is $1,083, utilities would be on top of that. We pay most utilities directly to the apartment, but Excel and WiFi are separate. Your deposit share would be $625.00, 1/2 of the $1,250.00 total deposit amount.
Move in can be flexible, aiming for Mid October but can push out a bit further for the right match. The lease runs through mid August 2026. My current roommate is looking to move and you would be taking over the remainder of the lease with me.
