House is quiet, clean and calm.
No drama or drugs/partying, no nonsense, working professionals that need a third to fill the empty room after our roomate moved in with his lady.

Had someone fall through for June 1 and need filled ASAP, room is empty and available!
I am currently paying for both rooms so really would like to find someone soon.

The house was recently built and is almost 3,500 square feet with 3 beds, 3 baths, large kitchen, central air and heat and newer appliances. There are also 2 full living rooms set up so there is always room for privacy if desired and space.

Room for rent is very large, close to 15'x15' and has great closet space. It is $975/month.

Roommate 1, Alex, I am usually working or out for a ride on my motorcycle. I have been here 10 years and absolutely love the area and the house. I shoot photography and like to work on cars and motorcycles.

Roommate 2, Chris, works a ton and when he is home really just hangs out in his room, he’s a really quiet and to himself roommate. Enjoys live music, shows and gaming. Works for a company that builds 3d printers that print concrete, neat stuff.

Both of us are younger guys beyond any partying or crazy days, so house stays quiet.

House atmosphere is friendly and extremely laid back. Friends come over and have a beer rarely, but we don't have raging parties or do drugs ever. I work a lot so work play balance is healthy. No "house rules" (some people have asked?), just be friendly, kind, pick up after yourself, keep the home in good condition and everyone is good to go! This house is awesome and the area is phenomenal.
