This is a full basement with 8 ft ceilings and lots of light. It is fully furnished and has a living area (couch and TV), a small kitchen, microwave, fridge, freezer, 2 bedrooms, one bath, a large work out room and sauna.

I have a 3 year old son and things can get loud at times. In general I have him 50% of the time but can be more at times.

I have a cat but for some reason no one is allergic to him (weird huh).

The neighborhood had a club house, pool, tennis courts and parks everywhere.

I'm next to green mountain and bear creek so if you love to mountain bike, hike, play golf, fish, ride horses and venture out on bear creek lake this is your home.

Is 5 min away from Morrison and Red Rocks, so if you like cute towns, concerts and movies at Red Rocks you will have fun.

You will live about 45 min from Loveland ski resort. have a 3 year old son and things can get loud at times. I have a basement and 2 rooms. I have a workout room and there is a community pool, tennis courts and a park close by.
