Hello, I’m Alvaro (Al), originally from the Atlanta, GA area but transplanted to Arizona when I finished school about 6 years ago. I grew up close to Atlanta, GA and went to university both at Georgia State and University of Georgia, where I received my bachelors in Finance in 2018. I currently work in Financial Planning.
Since moving to Arizona, I’ve really fallen in love with the place. I took a great liking to hiking and other outdoor activities. I’m also a big lover of music and art, and really enjoy working out.
I would describe myself as a really easy person to live with..for me, the most important aspects in a good roommate are mutual respect, communication, and caring for the living space.

Open bedroom and bath here at my unit in Old Town. I live in the other room/bath in this 2B2B. It is a renovated unit with concrete floors and I do have some furnishings currently available.
The real gem of this unit is its location, situated conveniently by Old Town Scottsdale and several grocery stores, shops and stores, cafes, bars/nightlife…we have several pools/jacuzzis in our complex (Visconti and the Glen), as well as a fitness center.
