We are three women, ages 23 to 54, looking for a like-minded female roommate to share our space. Our home is a relaxed, respectful environment, free of negativity, where we value kindness, honesty, and consideration. We’re seeking a roommate who shares these values—someone friendly, clean, responsible, and willing to compromise when needed to create a harmonious living space. We all work full-time jobs throughout the week and weekends, maintaining a busy but balanced lifestyle. Our shared home includes common areas such as the kitchen, family room, dining room, formal living room, and an upstairs laundry room for added convenience. We take pride in keeping these spaces clean and clutter-free, while understanding that the kitchen is the heart of the home—cooking can get messy, and that’s okay, but we all pitch in to clean up, take turns unloading the dishwasher, and keep the floors tidy.
About our Home:
Our home generally maintains a peaceful atmosphere, and while we enjoy occasional social gatherings, we appreciate keeping late-night noise to a minimum on work nights. We share kitchen and fridge space fairly to ensure everyone has room for their essentials and appreciate an organized approach to household storage. Additionally, we welcome occasional overnight guests with a heads-up beforehand to keep things comfortable for everyone. We ask that roommates respect common areas. Our home is smoke-free, and we strive to maintain a space that feels welcoming and enjoyable for all.
Our home includes a small, short-haired terrier mix who stays in his owner's room downstairs, along with a friendly older cat who primarily resides in my room. We are open to welcoming one additional pet, subject to a $100 fee to cover potential pet-related damages. Certain breeds may not be permitted—please inquire for details.

The room comes with access to a shared bathroom featuring two separate vanity sinks—perfect for convenience and privacy. Rent is $1,300 per month, with a $400 refundable security deposit. The shared bathroom is thoughtfully designed with two separate vanity sinks, providing ample space for daily routines. Plus, the vanity area is separated from the shower and toilet by a door, allowing one person to use the sink while another enjoys a private shower—ideal for hassle-free mornings.
