Hi!! My name is Theda, and I am a 25 year old bar tender and waitress in the West Village. I am moving into a third story, three bedroom apartment for April and looking for two other femmes to join me on the year long lease.

About me--I am definitely a homebody, so I like the space to feel warm and welcoming, and to create good vibes with my roommates! I do use the kitchen a lot, and I like using common areas as well. I work around four nights a week and get home pretty late. I have a cat who is super friendly and well behaved. When I'm at home, I'm probably meditating/journaling, singing and songwriting, watching some stupid comedy show on Netflix, or on the phone with my folks in the Midwest. My ideal roommate would be honest and communicative, be clean and practice good hygiene, and be willing to make compromises between the other two roommates.

About the apartment--the apartment is on Martense Street in Flatbush, about a twenty minute walk from Prospect Park. The rooms are $875 each. It's a pet friendly three bedroom, one bath on the third floor (a walk-up). Since I have a cat, I unfortunately can't accept dogs in the unit. There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built in microwave, and good-sized living room.
