Hi, I'm Mia, a current senior at Baruch College pursuing a career in publishing! I'm 21 (turning 22 in June), and I'm looking for 2 roommates to take over my current roommate’s part of the lease for an apartment we already rent in Washington Heights. MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY. The apartment has three bedrooms and 1 bathroom, hardwood floors, and great lighting, and is 2 blocks away from the Express A train and 5 from the 1 train. We are 5 blocks from the 181 Target and the GWB mall (Blink, Planet Fitness, etc.)

Rent for the apartment is $3004.31 for a lease starting Jun 1, 2024 and ending May 31, 2025. You will be responsible for $1004.43 a month plus utilities (typically $25-35 for electricity and $17 for internet)

YOU MUST HAVE A STABLE SOURCE OF INCOME AND A DECENT CREDIT SCORE. You’re simply not going to get approved by my landlord if you don’t, so I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. This is NOT a subletting situation. Your bedroom isn’t furnished, but the rest of the apartment is.

I'm a total homebody; I love reading, watching movies, and sleeping. I'm pretty quiet, so I won't be bringing loads of people over. My main goal is to work on applying to grad school in the next year or two. I love most animals and have an adorable boy cat (Bing!) myself.
