Looking for a room to rent so I have access to NYC area events, networking, dating and socializing. I live in Maine, but looking to split my time between the 2. I want to test the waters before committing to a long term lease to see how much I will be in the area.

I am a business owner and my schedule is pretty all over the place, but I am quite tidy, quiet and this will be my second home, so it will not be messy.

I do have a dog, a small West Highland Terrier who is potty trained and not aggressive - no biting, no territory, fine with food and toys.

I'm very bubbly, active and enjoy NYC! Would love to go out whenever I have time with my roommates, but not a requirement.

Would prefer a young professional.
