Room For Rent in Roosevelt Northgate Area

Hello! My name is Kelsey and I am currently looking for a roommate to share my second level apartment with me. It’s located in Roosevelt Northgate area. Across the street from the 75, close to light rail and grocery stores.

I’m 31, work as a server and am very chill. The apartment consists of 4 units. All the neighbors are very sweet and respectful. Rent is 970 each (w utilities and internet) however your room would be smaller so we can talk about making it the rent cheaper for you! However there is a lot of closet space in other areas as well.

We do pay electric which doesn’t end up being too much. There is a move in deposit of $825 and it’s all refundable. My landlord is a super cool and a sweet man so there is never any issues.

No pet deposit or pet rent which is a huge plus! I do have two cats that get along with other pets. You probably won’t see them around much as they usually sleep most of the time.

Comes with a big kitchen, living room and utilitie/laundry room in our unit which is awesome! It is fully furnished and I have everything needed for the kitchen and bathroom but feel free to bring whatever you need and we will make it work and look fabulous.

There is always parking available on the side of the building as well as street. There is a big back yard perfect for summer as well.

My name is on the lease fully and you will not have to sign it or deal with any paperwork. I would prefer a longer staying roommate but we can always talk about that as well.
