Hi, My name is Sogand. I'm 34, Persian from Sydney, Australia. I have just recently moved to NY for work and hence looking for a place to rent. I have a very small circle of friends and will probably only be home to shower and sleep as I love being outdoors. I'm clean and tidy but I would say only a normal level of cleanliness. I cook very simple dishes and eat out a lot. I'm a bit of a grandma and love going to bed early. I love running, excercising and shopping.
