Apartment Building Info:
There are 3 bedrooms total; Great Privacy; No bedroom shares a wall with another bedroom.

Building is a triplex; We are on the 1st floor.

Cost:
$1000 + 1/3 utilities (I also have a smaller room for $925. We can talk about the specifics.)

First month rent & deposit (equal to 1 month’s rent) are required at move-in.

Lease dates:
9/1/25-8/31/26 (It's possible to move in earlier than 9/1.)

Amenities:
* There is a handyman who provides maintenance for our building and lives RIGHT NEXT DOOR. He is quick to respond.

* Free washer & dryer in basement

* First floor apartment

* Large back deck (Private) & Yard

* Safe neighborhood; good neighbors (We bring in each others packages, say hi, etc...)

Pets:
I have 1 cat named Maeley. The landlord won't allow other pets, so it will be just the one cat. Indoor cat - she doesn't go out.

* On multiple bus lines (many bus lines go right by our apartment; the stop is across the street) 

* Near orange line subway/commuter rail (Forest Hills Station); 10 min walk; 3 min bus ride; 3 minute bike ride

* Across the street is a Blue Bike stand where you can rent city bikes
