We (26F) and (23F), are looking for a roommate in Oakland! Rent is $850/month + utilities with a $850 security deposit. Move in date as early as April 1st!
We live in a 3 bd/1.5 bath with an in-unit washer/dryer located in Ivy Hill (10-15 min walk to Lake Merritt).
Ideally looking for someone who’s clean, respectful of the space, and doesn’t have a pet 😌. We also aren't accepting couples as roommates.
No parties, but we are a social space and love to bring friends over. There is also free street parking by the apartment.
