Hi everyone!

Looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s room in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Center City (Park Towne Place – 2200 Ben Franklin Pkwy). The lease renews mid-august, but I’m pretty flexible on when you move in (anytime July – August is fine).

Really amazing 4 building apartment complex with full gym, outdoor pool (gets lit in non-pandemic summers), grill area, onsite grocery store, barber, dry cleaning, etc. Rent comes out to ~$1,200 a month with utilities. I’m 23, work full time in finance, laid back, more than down to go out on the weekends, but like to keep a clean apartment. Big into skiing, watersports, aviation (licensed pilot), homebrew (latest hobby, dw – doesn’t smell, just means free booze), and bunch of other things.
