I have a 2 bedroom apartment about 5-10 minutes from Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin. The apartment is fully furnished, including the extra bedroom. There is a bed, a ceiling fan, a window, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom. My lease for this apartment is up in end of June and I will be moving into a house. I want to stay in the same area of Spring Valley/Summerlin when I move and looking for about same price in rent. I need a house with a yard for my small dog.
