I currently work at NYU and moved to the city a little of a year ago. I have a beautiful well mannered daughter. She's 3 and we keep to ourselves. We won't be there during the day due to school and work. I'm looking for a safe clean environment for her, I don't mind pets. Neither of us have allergies.
