About the bedroom/apartment:
* The room is in the basement of a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom household situated in the vibrant and lively neighborhood of Soho/Nolita
*Washer/dryer IN-unit
* Duplex apartment with a spiral staircase
* You’ll be sharing the apartment with two female roomies.
* The room is small (9’5” x 7’) but can fit a full bed, clothing rack, and skinny tall wardrobe. You can hang a mirror and shelves on the wall and use bed risers for under the bed storage. Room has a window and deep window sill and comes with an AC. Because the room faces an alleyway, it gets minimal natural light. However the artificial light of the room keeps it bright. Room is next to a half bath so no need to go up the stairs to use the full bath if you wake up in the middle of the night for example.
* Room is small so it’s best suited for someone who works from the office 5 days a week or travels quite a bit and wants a crash pad in the city. Looking for a female roommate in mid to late 20s to 30s who works from the office and is also laid back, respectful, and anally clean! Roommate must be okay with me subletting my room for when I am away for weddings, etc. and okay with me hosting gatherings, iftars, etc from time to time in the living room :)
