I am rarely in town -- maybe three months total out of the year. I'm vegetarian. Do not partake in any type of intoxicants or smoking. I try to lead a moral life in a Buddhist style, but do not consider myself a Buddhist. I also am conscience of trying to minimize my carbon footprint. Would not want to live with someone who idolizes Trump. Looking for someone who is clean and quiet.

Hardwood floors and lots of wood. Built in the 1920's. New gas range. There is an enclosed porch in the back of the apartment. It is one floor above street level. There are six units in the building (two on each floor.) You can use the bed in the apartment, or bring your own. Not a lot of space for too much more furniture. Sunny in the front room. Garden out back. I believe there are no parking spots currently available. I'm also told that the washer/dryer are available in the building two doors down (owned by the same owners of the building.) I would remain the primary lessee and you would be paying your rent to me. I average under $30 a month in utilities since I am rarely there. You would pay anything over $30. There is usually a small yearly increase in rent and you would help pay that if you decided to rent for more than six months. The apartment is quite long. The bathroom has a tub.
