Hi! I'm a 29-year-old licensed esthetician and college student relocating from Colorado to Manhattan to continue my studies and work in clinical/medical aesthetics. My routine tends to keep me pretty busy. During the week, I'm usually split between my college courses, studying, and working at a skin clinic. Because of that, my routine is pretty structured- I'm out the door for work or classes during the day, and at night I love to unwind, watch my favorite shows, or catch up on homework.

What I'm looking for in a home:
*a peaceful, positive, and clean environment. I'm incredibly respectful of shared spaces and always keep thing tidy.
* A cozy spot to recharge after a busy day in the city
*Room mates who are friendly, responsible, communicate well, and are doing their own thing but down for a casual chat or watching a show together every now and then.
