I am a 25 y/o Electrical engineer living in Central Downtown Austin!
A little bit about myself is that im a Brazilian-American who grew up in Los Angeles and went to Oregon for school before moving to Austin. I have lived in Austin for about a year and a half and am still trying to find my way around the city. I enjoy gaming, guitar, rock-climbing, reading, and discovering new things.
The place is right next to the UT campus and along Guadalupe street so there's a lot of walkable restraunts and activities nearby! I am looking to rent for around $950 but the price is very negotiable. Currently the lease would be for 6 months but if it works out im open to re-renting the place near the end of the lease. Good price and great location, what more could you want!?
