Hey,

I am a fun-loving, easy-going 26 year old chef who is moving to NYC. I grew up in Ithaca, NY where I enjoyed time outdoors, playing football, and having our fair share of fun. I then went to St. Lawrence University where I continued playing football and having (more than) our fair share of fun. One of the best times of my life was when I studied abroad in Sorrento Italy where I got to see the most beautiful parts of Europe for four months. Here I fell in love with cuisine and travel. I graduated with a double-major business and psychology degree and a minor in Italian Studies. After graduating in 2020 and not being able to find employment due to the epidemic, I decided to continue school at the Culinary Institute of America studying my true passion which is cooking. Once arriving at culinary school I knew it was the right choice for me, and after doing my externship at a 3-Michelin star restaurant in Belgium I was addicted to the rush of the kitchen. Cooks often eat take-out when they get off work, whereas I continue to cook... it is truly my love. So, there will be great cooking (and cleaning). Speaking of cleaning, that's how I often unwind, and enjoy cleanliness and order but am not a stickler.

When I'm not working I enjoy eating out, going out on the town, hiking, and enjoying the simpler and/or finer things of life. Also, love me some live music.
