We are looking for a roomate in a 2 bedroom in Flatbush-Ditmas Park, Brooklyn in a BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom, 3 bath with a finished basement. This shared basement is useful for a large living space, guest room, office, or practice space (for musicians) and has separate entrance.
We will furnish the space, except for the bedroom. We are looking for a nice, tidy roomate, perhaps another musician who could use the extra practice space?

This is a beautiful, renovated 2 bedroom, 3 bath duplex with finished basement with a separate entrance!
As musicians, we are looking to use this space for practices and lessons during the day but also for a shared living space and guest room! We would love for our roomate to use the beautiful basement as well for work or to hosts any guests they may have visiting!
The roommate will have their own bathroom!

Shared spaces will be furnished.
We are looking for someone who keeps the shared spaces tidy! We are very clean and tidy ourselves.
