Preferably looking for a 6 month lease minimum. Willing to extend after the first 6 months. Bathroom would be shared with one other person. Current female roommate keeps to herself and works quite a bit, so bathroom is free often. Has a washer and dryer, attic, and small backyard. Located near William Cannon and Menchaca. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Interior has been freshly painted and the exterior will be repainted very soon. Rent is $900/month (that includes all utilities). DM me for more details!
