I’m a hybrid professional and work in the UES. I keep to myself for the most part, but happy to socialize. I keep my home clean, and I have a small dog who does not shed, is very clean, typically quiet and will be with me part-time when she is not with my adult daughter in Ohio. My daughter may visit occasionally, and she is respectful, clean and a professional as well. I do travel a lot so there may be weeks at a time that I am not home.
