Jennifer M - $900/month

I’m a female, Latinx, in my thirties and employed full time and have a part time on the weekend for saturdays. I’ve previously lived in Brooklyn (I’m in Manhattan now) and am looking to move as my partner and I just split up. I can provide paystubs and letters from my employer. In my spare time, I love yoga, music, recently I’ve discovered anime (late to the game, I know) trying new recipes and travelling. I'm a pretty chill person and and work two jobs so I won't be home much except for the evenings and on sunday. I'm originally from Georgia but have been in NY for about 10 years. I would consider myself introverted, as I can be pretty shy but I'm not the type that won't say hi if I see you around the house. I usually come home from work exhausted so we may not see one another much but I'm thoughtful, respectful and considerate. I meal prep once a week so I won't live in the kitchen but I do leave treats on occassion for everyone. I don't have the greatest credit but I am working to repair it. I've never had any evictions and always pay rent on time. I am an open book if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
