Leigh S - $1,400/month

I've been living in Brooklyn for three years but need to relocate to Manhattan (preferably the West side). I'm currently a graduate student in the CUNY system (pursuing my second Master's degree), and teach writing at John Jay College. I'm a yoga teacher, too, and am frequently at the gym/physical therapy appointments/out and about. I have a puppy - she's a cavalier king charles spaniel, and she's a dream. She would stay primarily in my room (never in the common area unattended) and I never expect roommates to be responsible for any of her care. She doesn't bark when I'm note home.

I like to keep common areas tidy and prefer to have a cleaning schedule. I'm happy to pitch in for a monthly cleaner, too. I tend to cook most my meals but don't mind sharing a kitchen. My sleep schedule can be all over the place but generally I'm in bed by midnight. I'm not particularly sensitive to sound, so I don't mind someone on another schedule.
