Front and back porch for sun sitting:) $2000/month + utilities (about $100-200/month depending on the season). Walkable to multiple coffee options, bakery, breweries, dinner options! Quiet neighborhood. I am looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful, quiet, cozy, and clean home. As roommates who share space, let's talk about needs directly. This is not a party house.
