I am looking for a new roomate. My current roomie is relocating to Las Vegas! I currently live in a two bedroom apartment in the North Druid Hills area. I like where I am and would like to sign another lease here. The livin room and dining area are furnished but I'm open to getting rid of some stuff if you have any furniture thats important.
I am very laid back and friendly. I like having people around. I typically have friends over once a week or less (and mostly on the weekend). I don't mind guests or significant others. I am not the cleanest or the messiness person, somewhere in the middle! I am hoping to find a roomate I get along well with, and build a friendship! I don't have any pets, and I prefer to live in a pet free home due to allergies.
I've lived in Atlanta for four years now. I work M-F 8:30-5:00. Originally from Wisconsin.

Seeking roomate to resign my lease with. My current roomate is moving to Las Vegas. The available bedroom is the master bedroom and has a walk on closet and attached bathroom. Im expecting the rent to be around 1280 (total, so split in half) and utilities are typically about $150 each. The utilities include water,gas, electric, sewer, trash, and internet.
