Looking for a roomate to rent a room in a spacious condo. The condo is located in glendale near 51st ave and olive. This residence is near grocery shopping (frys and walmart), gym (eos) with in a half mile away. The condo also has a community pool and hot tub. The room for rent is 20x15, has a walk in closet and private bathroom inside the room. Rent would include utilities, washer and dryer use, use of common areas and high speed internet. I am seeking a person who is clean (shares cleaning responsibilities in common areas), responsible, respectful of others personal space and boundries. Over night guests are acceptable as long as its not every night of the week. No pets acceptable at this time. Room for rent is newly remodeled. Renter must have proof of employment, no criminal history. Rent will be a flat rate of 800.00 a month due at the first of the month. Tours of the condo will be available upon request.
