2 bed 2 bath lease takeover!!!

I am looking for 2 people to take over my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment.
The lease ends October 16th and the rent is $3261/month not including utilities (they are already set up I can just transfer them to you) There is one master bedroom with walk in closet and a double person bathroom, the other is a slightly smaller bedroom with a closet and bathroom with a tub.

The apartment is called the Palmer Dadeland and located in South Miami in Glenvar Heights. It’s a super nice apartment, has all modern appliances, hard wood floors, in unit laundry, floor to ceiling windows, gated garage, 24/7 gym, rooftop pool, amazon hub, and access to all amenities in both towers. The Palmer is located just across the street from Dadeland mall, Target, Petco, BestBuy, lots more food options and grocery stores, as well as just 20 minutes to downtown and the beach!

Must have acceptable credit score and proof of income as you will have to apply to be accepted on the lease. $500 security deposit already taken care of! Need to move out asap so please message me with any questions or inquiries!
