Common area shared with 43-year old English divorced Dad of an adorable 2-year old, who spends two nights a week at the apartment.

Shared kitchen & bathroom. On site laundry, exercise room and storage area. Pets may be considered depending on temperament and breed.

Prefer women or couples, background check required. Please be willing to have a short phone chat with the owner's ex wife, who is nervous about her daughter spending time in an apartment with people she has not met. :) Negative COVID-19 test prior to move in required.
