A basic midwest bitch like everyone else and their mother who moves to NYC, I currently work in marketing at a startup located in DUMBO. I do have the privilege of working from home so I will be working from the apartment Mondays and Fridays mainly (although with this new variant who knows...). In my spare time, I normally just cook, go running/to the gym, and watch tons of TV and film. I love going to the movies, concerts, trying new restaurants, bar hopping and going to museums. Overall, I'm a pretty chill person who also loves a fun night out. I am not one to bring the party home so to speak unless you are aware and okay with it. When it comes to cleanliness/tidiness, I tend to just keep my mess to my room. I'd say I try to keep shared space pretty neat.

General:
- Total Rent: $2400/mo -- $1200 per person. Lease ends Oct 31st, 2022 (you can feel free to agree to stay for shorter monthly term if needed ie only need a room for 3 months)
- Utilities: Roughly comes out to $100/mo give or take. That includes both electricity and the internet.
The plants, art, furniture, stuff you see in the pics will roughly all be here for when you move in so you only need stuff for your space (some art/lighting/hallway items will not be here upon someone moving in).
Pros:
- The apt has all the air/heating on the walls so no noisy radiators or window units needed!
- Windows in the living room face south because of the trees in the back. We actually get the best light in the winter because all the leaves are gone. So if you're a plant person, there's some light for them.
- There's a nice long hallway so if you have a bike you can keep it there.
- Super close to the A/C train only a 4 min walk
- 5 min walk to a grocery store/plus nearby bodegas
- 6 min walk to Planet Fitness Gym
- Walking distance from cool restaurants and bars (I can give you some reccos on where to go)
- Washer/Dryer: It's a plus but a semi con as you need to leave the building then go down into this creepy basement but alas it's something
