I feel like the first thing you should know about me is I am 420 friendly, I have a cat, who actually gets along best with bigger dogs. I do have a habit of vaping, but I would totally be willing to vape/smoke outside. I have a very old school Italian family, so I have no issue with helping keep the house clean and always ready for company, but my room... I do have a bad habit of banishing the clothes I end up not wanting to wear to the floor of my room. Lol I have a pretty consistent schedule and I always have Sunday’s off. Where most likely I’ll end up spending at my parents house. I’m not currently dating, and I’m not one to have my dates parade in and out of my house, but there may be someone eventually, we are adults and know there is a chance of having significant others. But really for the last 4 years I’ve had 4 different roommates (traveling nurses) and I’ve never had any issues, i tend to be pretty chill. And I would love to eventually build a friendship, I’m always down for snacks and movie nights. :)
