Looking for a roommate to move into my two bedroom, one bathroom apartment above a barber shop at the corner of Somerset and Percy! The 11 runs right in front of the building and it's only about a 10 minute walk to Bank Street and the O train. The 10 to Carleton is about a four walk away at Bronson and Somerset. The building has coin laundry and is only steps away from a laundromat. No parking but you can get a permit for street parking through the city. Rent is $1000 plus utilities (should come out to around $1100 per month). We'll decide on an internet plan together.
