The apartment is on a 4th Floor Walk Up, but it's a real 4th floor, so only 3 flights of stairs.

I have fully furnished the apartment, the only thing that you would need to bring is a dresser. The bedroom has a bed in it already with a new mattress and brand new bed frame - Queen in the larger room, twin in the smaller room.

The kitchen has all the cooking equipment that you could need, unless you cook some super fancy stuff that requires specific equipment lol All kinds of knives, cutting boards, pots and pans of all sizes. I have a washing machine in the kitchen, but not a dryer, I hang dry my clothing. But that's still better than walking up and down the stairs with all of your clothes in the dead of winter lol

In the living room you will find a large, extremely comfortable couch that you can nap, sit or host on. Also in the living room, I have a 50" tv, great for movies and watching your favorite show.

I'm very flexible and very easy going. The only rule I have for the apartment is to respect my property and not to let the kitten out! I have a kitten, he's about 7mos old, very very friendly and loves to play with new people.
