Roommate wanted – nice private room Wash Heights!

We have a room available (private room, YES!) in our 3 bedroom apartment and are looking for a friendly, clean and chill roommate. The apartment itself is a wonderfully spacious apt located in a great area of Washington Heights.

The bedroom is a decent size (can fit a full/queen bed as well as dresser) and has a closet. The monthly rent is $825 (utilities approx. $55 additional per month), and to move in we only require first month plus security- $1,650 total.

The building is less than a block away from the express A-train and it'll take you 20-25mins to get to midtown. Neighborhood has great local restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and shopping!

You'd be sharing the apt with me (early 30's arts professional) and a freelance dancer. I would describe the dynamic as very laid back - we're very respectful of each other and the space! We are looking for the right person to move in ASAP. Looking for someone who is easy going, responsible, clean, and respectful. No smoking, drugs, or pets please.
