Have you been looking to move into a really nice, new apartment but just didn’t have the means to get a 1 bed 1 bath by yourself or don’t have any friends who’d rent a 2/2 with you?

Me and my husband will be staying in one room and the pictures posted will be the room available. It’s unfurnished as of right now but we can talk together about who can bring what items. We wanted to do a roommate matching with the apartment complex but since that wasn’t an option, we are looking for a potential roommate here on FB to sign with! 😊

It’s a newly renovated unit with 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis courts, and a walking trail that goes right into Suwanee Town Center.
