Hi! My name is Jhoan (pronounced "John"), and I'm currently looking at 3-4 bed/1.5-2 bath apartments around UWS, Manhattanville, and Morningside in the $1000-$1500 range. I'm also flexible with the lease duration, but I'm hoping for at least 6 months.

A little about myself and background: I moved to New York a few years ago for graduate school, and now currently work as a program coordinator for clinical research. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring New York, and just generally staying active.
