Master Bedroom in 3bd/2bth townhouse apt in Valley Village

Looking for a new roommate for the Master Bedroom (Private Bathroom) at our 3bd/2bth Townhouse style apartment in Valley Village. Really nice area, next to the 101/170/405. The room is the master bedroom, so it comes with it's own closet and bathroom. Keep in mind there are cats who live here too. They're hard not to fall in love with though. They're extremely friendly and love to cuddle.

We have 2 gated parking spaces, but are usually able to make due with street parking. It's an easy area to park at.

Rent is cheap for the area. $900/month + utilities which is usually less than $100 on non-LADWP months and a little under $200 on LADWP months.

Looking for a July 1st move-in date.
