Unfurnished room (with optional shelf, table, desk and bed frame from previous tenant if desired). Has closet, high ceilings, great light from 2 windows (facing North and West). Large kitchen, 2 shared living rooms, wood-paneled walls. Fiber wifi.

Shared bathroom with 1 other person. Shared private parking space. Back porch. Plenty of space for plants. Walkable neighborhood, 10 min walk from the Lake.

Rent $850/months + utilities (usually in the $75-$115ish/mo range). Month-to-month, minimum 3 month agreement.

Looking for someone community minded and queer or lady. No additional animals (our cat loves humans but doesn’t get along with other 4-legged creatures, sorry!). Open to occasional movie/TV watching and group dinners. Pretty quiet / chill home, host the occasional gathering/party. Looking for solidarity in weathering the times ahead. No smoking indoors, no hard drugs.

Nearest to bus lines 10/48, 4, 92 and DASH. 10 min walk to Echo Park Lake, 14 min walk to Chinatown, 16 min walk to Downtown.
