My name is Sahil Shokeen, I live in Bensonhurst. Due to my current landlords selling the house and the new ones asking me and my roommate to move out, I'm looking for a new place to live.

I work a number of different jobs and have a credit card so I can always pay rent on time, can also pay in cash.

I'm out a lot working and when I am home, I like to stay in my room and watch sitcoms, so I won't disturb the other people living there. I'm not an overly talkative person but certainly not kill your vibe. I live and let live, I take everything without stress and just like to be laid back and think with a chill mind.

I clean up after myself as soon as I cook or take a shower.

I do not smoke anything.

I really like this room, I hope you'll consider renting it to me.
