Hi! My name is Kat & I am 22 y/o, currently living in West Village and working at a startup in lower Manhattan. My lease is about to expire on October 31 so am looking for a new place & 1-2 roommates ~mid October. I'd ideally like to be in a similar area (West/Greenwich Village) or in Brooklyn (Carroll Gardens, Clinton Hill, Dumbo, Prospect Heights) but am open to other areas! My budget is ~1500-1700 and flexible (and ideally lower).

I love exploring the city, going to workout classes, reading and finding new bookstores, grabbing a matcha, & pretty much anything but am also down for a cozy day/night in any day.
