Looking for a roomie in my Sunny Isles condo (Intracoastal Yacht Club)!
I am moving in my new apartment on 12/22 and I am renting out my second bedroom for 1350 USD per month. This is a 7 months contract, but it is renewable. You will have your own room which is unfurnished and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a Californian closet in your room. Pets are more then welcome! I do not have a car yet (planning to get one later), so you can have the assigned parking space for your car.
Since I'm just moving in too, the living room, kitchen and dining area will be furnished in the next few weeks. If you have furnitures or have interests furnishing our future home together I am open for it!
