About Me

Hello I'm Jesse and I'm renting out one of the bedrooms in my 3br/2ba house in San Marcos. The house is new and located in a very nice neighborhood in the hills adjacent to Purgatory Creek about 3 miles from Texas State and downtown San Marcos. Rent will include utilities and wifi along with access to the community rec facility which includes two pools, a full gym, and meeting areas. The house has plenty of street parking, your own bathroom, shared kitchen, living and dining room, and a nice patio with a large backyard open to green space. The room can be furnished or unfinished as well.
You'll be living with me and my very sweet and quiet dog PJ. I'm a career firefighter so I have a work schedule 24hr on/ 48hr off. I'm very easy going and chill. My interests include music, photography, classic cars, motorcycles, gaming, and off roading.
I'm looking for a roommate who I can get along well with, is clean, respectful of the property, and dependable with rent. I'm open to any age or gender. Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis.
