Looking for a roommate!! Females only!! I have a 2 bed/1 bath, partially furnished apartment on Calle Ocho! Rent is approximately $1435 each but does not include electric or internet. My rent renewal and the application process begins in April but move in would be at the end of June. Security deposit is not needed! It is a 10 minute drive to Brickell; 15 minute drive to Wynwood, Midtown, Coral Gables, and the airport; and a 25 minute drive to south beach! There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and a soccer field for any of my soccer girls! The apartment units are mostly updated and they are working on updating the community amenities. There is a heated pool, grill, gym, community center, and offices onsite for use.
