Hi potential roommate, welcome!! We are two women looking for a third to join our family. Our master bedroom room is opening up at the end of January. We're looking for a responsible, happy, emotionally grounded person who is past her party days to move in.

Bedroom description:
A recently painted and updated beautifully lit large bedroom that gets a lot of light. The room has a beautiful window that faces a lovely courtyard. As well as a private access to the roof. The room comes with a sizeable walk in closet and your own full bathroom.

Apartment description:
It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a decent kitchen, a nice dinning/living area perfect for relaxing and lounging and laundry is onsite and we have access to the roof.

Neighborhood description:
The apartment is located in the outer Richmond neighborhood. It is in the middle of the 31 and 38 bus line. So if you don't have a car you can hop on one of the lines and get into the city. If you do have a car there is plenty of off street parking - it's never an issue. Our favorite part of where we live is the neighborhood and the location - we are only 10 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from Golden Gate Park and Seaside cliffs. The neighborhood offers two coffee shops, a sushi restaurant, a mexican restaurant, a local bakery, a neighborhood movie theater, and a local bar/pub to grab drinks, and if you want to treat yourself to a spa we have two of those as well. We can't stress enough how amazing of a neighborhood this is.

This is a great place for those who want to live in the city but have access to the outdoors and want a break from the hustle n' bustle of the city without leaving the city. It is a quiet residential neighborhood experience. Due to our proximity to Geary and Clement we have a great number of restaurant options.

Who lives here:
Two like minded career women who were strangers and now are friends. We have worked hard to create community in our home and looking for someone who wants to maintain that community spirit in the home. E, is in her mid 20s works as a engineer and enjoys exploring the city. M is in her early 40s works in media, going to live shows and being a tourist in her own city. We are looking for someone who is interested in being a part of the community we created here. We make it a point to spend time with each other celebrating holidays, birthdays, our personal and or work wins. We want someone who is drama free and brings a positive happy vibe and knows how to create friendships in their home environment. We are looking for someone who is laid back and responsible. We believe kindness is key and engage each other with mutual respect. We are searching for a roommate who is courteous, kind and brings a positive vibe to the home and will pay their rent and utilities on time. We work hard to keep the home a haven from the outside world.

To apply we would need you to fill out an application and can send photos of the space, once we review the application we will follow up and set up a time to meet. To secure the space you will need to provide first and last month’s rent as well as a deposit which is the same as rent (rent is due $1600) Utilities include internet, PG&E, Water and Recology and quarterly apartment cleaning usually comes to $60-130 per person depending on the weather. We are looking for someone who is interested in a 6 month lease or longer.
