I am looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom in a spacious condo located right in the heart of NoDa (super walkable to the light rail, breweries, and arts district!).
The Financials:
Rent: $1,475/month (Your half of the total $2,950 rent).
Utilities: You ONLY pay for gas! I cover all of the electricity and internet.
Details:
Master bath, walk-in closet, single car garage and additional parking behind the building, and in-unit laundry.
The TV that is on the wall in the room comes with the room for free. If you don't want it I will remove it before you move in just let me know.
Note: I take a holistic view of applications. Credit and background checks are flexible, and I accept non-traditional income verification (bank statements, tax returns, or cash-flow history) for self-employed or gig-economy applicants. As long as you can consistently show financial stability, we can make it work. Applicants with an eviction on their record will be denied.
