Move in would be Sep 23, or Oct 1st! Preferably sep 23. It's a 12 month lease. This can be negotiated.
Its a 2x1 rent is $1907/2 plus wifi $15 each person , gas and ulilities avg about $27 each a month. No pets, I am 420 friendly. washer/dryer in unit and ac that works amazingly. its honestly a really great place lol. balcony with lots of plants. I am a virgo. pool and 24 hr gym, quick maintenance team. I am very clean so I would appreciate someone that keeps common areas very tidy:)
1907 is just rent, w fees (trash, insurance, pest,) its $1962 so each that's 981.00 a month.
depending on if u come the 23rd or the 1st you would pay my roommate the prorated rent or not if u came the 1st! You would pay my roommate her half of the safety deposit, just like she did w the previous roommate $282.
