Mathieu M - $1,100/month

My name is Mathieu, I am 24 years old. I am from Strasbourg, Alsace, French.
I am looking for a shared apartment for a maximum of 3 months (ESTA duration).

To introduce myself quickly, I have completed two years of video editing and one year of motion design in alternation.

I then had a few jobs (city employee, green space maintenance, roofer, department employee, etc.) to save money to be able to travel and finance my projects.
I am a super sociable person, I love meeting people, I am a respectful person and always helping each other. I do not smoke, and I occasionally drink at the bar or when I go to see friends.
And a shared apartment would allow me to make friends more easily and it is always better when you share your experiences with people!
For my passions I love cinema, sports (3/4 times a week) and I am a huge music fan, and it's been a year and a half now that I started beatmaking (creating musical production).

It's been two years now that I would like to go and live abroad for 3 months (the duration of my ESTA), to see the country, meet people and become bilingual. However, since I only have an ESTA and no work VISA, I won't be able to work on American soil...
So I worked and put enough money aside to be able to pay the 3 months of rent directly, if that can reassure you.
The ideal rent for me would be between $900/1100 per month.
Regarding my departure, I would like to come to mid-October, the time to do the necessary paperwork (plane ticket, find a car, except if public transport is sufficient, I would like your advice on this, if it is useful to rent a car, etc.
