Hi! I am looking for a new female roommate to take over the second bedroom of my adorable cottage home! The room is available for move-in anywhere between July 1 - July 8, but I may be flexible with the move-in date. Ideally, someone around 30 years old who is a working professional. The only available workspace would be in the living room, so someone who is either hybrid or works outside of the home is preferred, but also not a dealbreaker. A small dog is ok if they are friendly! Looking for someone considerate, clean, and communicative, who enjoys a calm homespace. The house has a fenced-in front yard, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a shared driveway. Rooms do not share walls! Walk-up attic and shed provide plenty of storage. The available room is about 10 x 10 ft and is located at the back of the house. You will need a credit score of at least 650 and proof of income by paystub for the landlords to approve your application. First month’s rent plus a security deposit of $1,000 will be due at the start of the lease.
